Plan for walking/running/biking to/from work:

TUESDAY:

  • Weather check
  • Pack running clothes, work clothes, shower stuff, and Weds soylent lunch in gym bag
  • After work day, change into running clothes, leave work clothes in locker in faculty gym

WEDNESDAY:

  • Wear gym clothes (don’t forget work key)
  • Walk/Run/Bike to work, arrive by 10AM
  • Shower in faculty locker room
  • Dress in work clothes, leave gym clothes in locker
  • After work day, optional gym workout
  • Walk/Run/Bike home
