Plan for walking/running/biking to/from work:
TUESDAY:
- Weather check
- Pack running clothes, work clothes, shower stuff, and Weds soylent lunch in gym bag
- After work day, change into running clothes, leave work clothes in locker in faculty gym
WEDNESDAY:
- Wear gym clothes (don’t forget work key)
- Walk/Run/Bike to work, arrive by 10AM
- Shower in faculty locker room
- Dress in work clothes, leave gym clothes in locker
- After work day, optional gym workout
- Walk/Run/Bike home
